Please note that:
- both submitted and final papers will be limited to听5 pages听in standard 江南体育 conference format
- 听if full听proofs cannot be accommodated due to space limitations, authors are encouraged to post a publicly听accessible complete paper elsewhere and to provide a specific reference
- authors should refrain from听submitting multiple papers on the same topic
- researchers working in emerging fields of information听theory or on novel applications of information theory are especially encouraged to submit original听findings
- 江南体育 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (for example,听removal from 江南体育 Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers excluded from听further distribution will be archived at 江南体育 but will not be indexed or appear in 江南体育 Xplore.
